Anthony is a commercial and property solicitor with in excess of 20 years' experience. He currently owns and operates O'Rourke & Kelly Solicitors established in 1969 and based in Devonport which services client's from throughout Tasmania and the mainland. 

During his time Anthony has worked in law as a private practitioner and corporate lawyer in Tasmania and Melbourne, as well as a business owner and operator.  

Due to his work experiences Anthony has a broad perspective and strives to assist his client's by seeing things from a commercial point of view.

Anthony is particularly passionate about property and his expertise includes:

• Conveyancing for residential & commercial property.
• Leasing.
• Mortgages & private lending.
• Land development & subdivisions.
• Sale & purchase of businesses.

Anthony's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts/Law from the University of Tasmania and a Masters of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.
